This morning I experienced the Sound Massage for the first time. This is a perfect lunch-break gift to self. The room was large and private with a comfortable temperature. Unlike other types of massage, there are no oils or changing of clothes to worry about. The table was comfortable and wide and has three vibrating speakers underneath that felt wonderful. The headphones were high-quality and blocked out all outside sounds. The music shifted from ear to ear and had interesting sounds that I could feel. It was a very relaxing experience. I look forward to my next sound massage.
